A warm welcome indeed! This site is in dire need of both effort and time, neither of which seem to come in large heaps these days. My former site which was entitled simply "Welcome to my Domain" has gone under due to lack of motivation on my part. It contained various little goodies, including a few ROMs here and there, and a section dedicated to the lovely Jeri Ryan(Seven of Nine for all you Star Trek buffs). Considering my lack of motivation, I'm surprised at myself that I decided to bless the infinite boundaries of the Internet with another one of my humble creations. It is sometimes comical that people spend hours upon hours creating, editing, uploading, and writing HTML text to fabricate their web pages when often the only people that actually visit these sites is themselves and maybe some friends and family. I'm guessing it's in human nature to have this desire to reach out to whoever is listening, even though that audience might be somewhat minute. That is the purpose behind web page design after all, isn't it? Reaching out to prospective surfers; people who would possibly find interest in the material that you're so eager to provide, whether it be your own poetry, music, games, or art... Art! That's what it's all about. That's why when I signed up for this Fortune City address, I chose Creative Art as the topic, because no matter what you're uploading, it all falls into place on a piece of canvas that you yourself put together to appeal to others. I call this site "The General Store" not because I have a magazine stand and sell candy bars, but because the material that will soon come to this site can't all be compounded into one category, other than "General." You will see ROMs, you will see music, pictures, movies... A whole array of goodies. Most of what you will see here revolves around my personal interests, but that's a chance you take in web page design. Your interests are not necessarily other people's interests, therefore the page can flop. I recieved a few complimentary e-mails from my last site, so maybe I can impress a few more people again. It's those couple e-mails that keep me coming back for more! Stay tuned, and maybe you'll see something that interests you! -Brandon
